Closed-Loop Feedback System™

The DMS Closed-Loop Feedback System™ (CLFS™) has shown time and time again that engaged customers are sticky customers. The results of this case study show that by creating a true two-way dialogue, and giving customers four different communication paths, the CLFS™ reduced churn massively across multiple touchpoints when compared to customers who didn’t participate in the CLFS™. We also established an optimal inter-department flow, drastically reducing the time in which customer issues were addressed and resolved.
